Public Speaking Engagements Dr. Mark & Joni Adler have developed multiple presentations that are available to schools and students as well as other community groups that focus on bullying, suicide awareness, kindness, leadership, and courage. Mark & Joni do not have a fee for their presentations rather they have a suggested donation of $1000 to the Ralston Schools Foundation to continue to provide resources for spreading a message of kindness.
REID ADLER MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP
Reid Adler Memorial Kindness Scholarship The Reid Adler Memorial Kindness Scholarship has been established to honor the legacy of kindness Reid embodied through supporting recipients in their quest to further their education or training after high school. The scholarship awards $1,000 to at least one student and maybe more each year. One important and unique component to the scholarship is a “Pay It Forward” award in which the recipient of the scholarship is awarded $250.00 to be used to spread kindness through a donation, program, or activity that will help others along the way.
ABOUT US
The RA13 Legacy is the vision and mission of the Adler Family to honor the caring and giving nature of their son Reid who passed away in 2016 after being the victim of bullying, manipulation, and intimidation. Reid lived each day with a caring heart and was an includer hoping to never leave anyone out along the way. After Reid’s death, the Adler Family has been committed to honoring Reid through sharing a message and approach of kindness through public speaking and the establishment of a scholarship program focused on kindness and paying it forward. The RA13 Legacy fund has been established within the Ralston Schools Foundation and is used to fund student scholarships and to provide resources to other projects or activities that promote kindness, service, leadership, and outreach.
